Wofür kann ich diese Platten einsetzten?

1. ...als Vorspeisenplatte für jede Person, als Antipasti Platte oder als kleine Fischplatte...

...als raffinierte Schnittchenplatte am Schreibtisch, als ovale Platte fuer einen Becher mit ein paar Plaetzchen...

2. Es gibt etwas Leckeres wie z.B. Haxen oder Fisch im Ganzen, Grünkohl, Pellkartoffeln mit Quark. ..

Oft fallen beim Essen Reste wie Knochen, Gräten, Kartoffelschalen usw. an.

Diese Platte ist hervorragend als Ablage dafür geeignet.

3. Dessert : ...als Kaeseplatte oder für Kaesepicker, Bananensplit, Obstsalat...

4. ...als Beilagenplatte...

Alles in allem eines meiner liebsten Stücke in der Küche. Klein und universell einsetzbar.
