In 1990, I began my training to become a chef in the world of fine dining. This was followed by academic studies at FOS12 in the field of nutrition, during which I also served as student representative for over 1,000 upper-level students. I then spent a year at a monastery school, focusing on nutrition-related illnesses, as well as pedagogy and psychology.

"Doctors Without Borders" was always my dream—a dream that stayed with me for many years. At the time, I lacked just six months of instruction in a second foreign language (French) to qualify for university admission. And I never really warmed up to the five weekly Latin lessons at the monastery school…

Internally, I changed course—ISM.

Much of my academic background still serves me in everyday life, but it is the artist within me who has truly enriched my life.

That’s why I, Christian Kindervater, CEO of Polish Pottery G., warmly invite you to let yourself be touched—by and through art—on this site.

Most of the photos were taken by my parents, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them sincerely.

The Polish Pottery wholesale company "Einzigartig" from Rheine has been a close partner and shape designer for two Polish pottery workshops for over 25 years.

The great-grandfather of today’s CEO, Christian Kindervater, was a master potter with his own workshop in Silesia: Gustav Laske.
