Krystyna Deptula

L'artiste est connectée à la coopérative artisanale "Artistic Ceramics and Pottery" depuis 1991. Depuis 1997, elle est créatrice de motifs.

Mes idées naissent souvent en dehors de mon travail, c'est-à-dire dans différents endroits où la vie quotidienne se déroule. Mes compétences manuelles, mon sens de l'humour et mon désir inépuisable d'apprendre quelque chose de nouveau sont très utiles. Parfois, je regarde la nature lors d'une belle journée, ajoute un peu d'imagination et mon esprit commence à combiner une fleur avec une fleur, un bouton ou une feuille. C'est le début. Ensuite, l'idée doit être transférée à la poterie et des tampons doivent être ajoutés pour compléter l'image, ainsi naît un motif. Et pendant que je travaille sur un motif, je vois déjà ce que je peux ajouter ou enlever dans le suivant. J'aime concevoir des motifs pour des personnes individuelles, et le fait de savoir que mes œuvres plaisent aux gens dans le monde entier me donne des ailes.
